We do our best to show accurate photos and descriptions, but colours and details may look slightly different in real life. Products, prices, and availability can change without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items at our discretion.
2. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We’ll confirm your order once payment is processed. Please check your details carefully before submitting — once accepted, we may not be able to make changes or cancel. Prices are in AUD and exclude shipping and taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to pack and send your order quickly, but delivery times are estimates only. Once an order leaves us, the carrier is responsible for getting it to you. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.
4. Returns & Refunds
We don’t accept change-of-mind returns, so please choose carefully. If an item is faulty, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy. Return shipping for replacements is at the customer’s expense unless required by law.
