Shipping policy

We send all orders via carbon-neutral Australia Post at a flat shipping rate within Australia. Dispatch times are usually 1-3 business days, however please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped. If you require your order faster, please get in touch with us at hello@ourearthlife.com.au. 

*Please be aware that we are a small family business and during sales periods shipping times may be up to 7-10 business days. 

Yes — we ship worldwide! 🌏 Please note that international shipping can be pricey and will vary depending on the weight of your order. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.

New Zealand Orders

Orders to New Zealand are shipped through Australia Post at a flat rate of $20.95 and will be shipped within 5 days (please be aware during peak periods this may be extended to 7-10 days processing time).

United Kingdom Orders

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are sent from Australia.

As a result, UK import VAT (20%) may apply, depending on the order value and current UK import rules.

• Customs duty does not apply to orders under £135 GBP
• VAT is not collected at checkout, and may be charged by the courier (e.g. Royal Mail, DHL) before delivery
• The courier may also apply a handling or clearance fee

Any import charges, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless clearly stated at checkout.

We recommend checking with UK customs or your local delivery service if you’re unsure — and please feel free to reach out to us if you have questions before ordering  

United States Orders

Orders shipped to the United States are sent from Australia.

Any applicable import duties, tariffs, and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so the price you see at checkout is the final amount payable.

This means:

•  No additional duties or tariffs on delivery

•  No courier handling or clearance fees

•  Your order will be delivered as normal without surprise charges

Damaged Items

We take great care to pack your items safely, but if anything arrives damaged, please email us at hello@ourearthlife.com.au within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or return.

We’re committed to a low-waste approach in our packaging — everything we use can be reused, played with, composted, or has already lived another life before reaching you. We’d love to hear how you’ve given our packaging a second adventure!
