We’re unable to accept returns in most cases, so please choose carefully before placing your order. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
We put great care into sourcing and creating products that are safe and enjoyable for children. In the rare event that a fault occurs, we’re happy to arrange a replacement or refund after proof of fault.
If you do need to return an item for replacement, please notify us within 30 days of lodgement. Return shipping expenses will be at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
To help us fix any packing issues quickly, please notify us of missing or incorrect items within 30 days of lodgement. We’re unable to assess claims lodged after this period.
