We ship through Australia Post (carbon neutral) and shipping will be calculated according to your order weight.

We are happy to ship worldwide but please keep in mind that the cost of shipping is expensive, and can vary depending on the weight of your order. This will be calculated at checkout.

We make our best efforts to ensure that your items are packed safely, however, sometimes items may arrive damaged. If this occurs, please contact us at hello@ourearthlife.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your item to discuss returns and replacements.

We also make the best efforts to keep to a zero waste approach and have kept this in mind while using our packaging. You'll find all of our packaging can either be reused, played with, or composted (or has been reused itself). We would love to hear if you've been able to make use of it as well.

We are unable to accept returns except in certain circumstances, but please get in touch with us if you have any concerns.

Unfortunately, we do not accept change of mind returns, so please be sure to choose carefully prior to placing an order.

We work very hard to source and create products that are safe for use and play by children but sometimes faults occur and we are happy to accept returns if items are faulty.

If for any reason you are required to return an item for replacement, return shipping is at the cost of the customer and will not be refunded.

We do not offer refunds for orders, if you have concerns please get in touch with us regarding a replacement of faulty items or store credit.

Your privacy is important to us and therefore any information collected is used for the purpose of processing your order. We will never give out any information or details supplied to a third party, or record transactional data.

We source and develop our products with children in mind, and ensure that they are suitable for use. Please be sure to read the product descriptors and use the item for its intended purpose so as not to damage the product, or put your child's safety at risk. Therefore we are unable to be held accountable for a product's misuse or if information is ignored.

We recommend ages 3+ with all of our products and encourage the engagement of an adult in their play for both supervision and connection.

We stock products that are intended for risky play and learning and have clearly advised ages for use with children. In some products we have also created a safety video which we recommend watching with your child prior to product use.
